Thursday evening in Islamabad, one good flat

A family transferred to Islamabad wants two bedrooms in the F or G sectors, close to a school, at a rent their allowance covers. A landlord posts exactly that on Thursday evening. By Friday prayers he has shown it twice and has two families ready to pay the advance.

The family who signs is the one that saw the ad on Thursday, called the same night and viewed it first on Friday morning. That is the whole case for alerts.

In several cities the landlord is expected to register tenants with the local police; ask how it will be done. Never pay a token or advance for a flat you have not visited, and be wary of a rent far below the area’s going rate from a landlord who cannot meet.
