Checklist before saving a Divar search

One city per search. One kind of item per search. A price range that matches what you will really pay. A keyword only if the category is crowded, because a too-specific word misses sellers who spelled it differently. What arrives in the message

The mail names your search and lists each new ad with its photo, the title in Persian, the price as written and a link. Prices can be in toman or show an agreement note where the seller did not give one. Every mail ends with an unsubscribe link.

Your email provider decides where a new sender lands. After the first alert, check spam or promotions, mark it as not spam and add the sender to your contacts.

Staying careful with sellers you have not met

Look at the item before money moves, meet somewhere public and be wary of anyone asking for an advance to reserve something. For property and vehicles, check ownership documents. Treat a price far below the rest of the market as a reason for questions.
