New Divar tool and machinery ads in one email

A workshop owner can let the office inbox collect each new Divar ad for the machine on the wish list, with a photo, a toman price and a link for every find.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Divar.ir, sort by newest

Set up the search on Divar

Pick the city and the tools and equipment section, then type the item: diesel generator, metal lathe, cordless drill set, scaffolding. Add a toman range so cheap accessories drop out, keep the newest ads at the top and copy the page address.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Save it on MXSender with email

Paste the address on the MXSender website or in our Telegram bot, select email and confirm it. If someone on the team prefers chat alerts, add Telegram to the same search.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

Read a single mail per check

A check that finds new ads sends one mail listing each of them with its photo, title, price and a link to Divar. Quiet checks send nothing.

Checklist for buying a used generator or lathe on Divar

Before you look at any ad, write down the numbers that matter: power output, phase, bed length, the voltage your workshop has. Then build the Divar search around them, so the mails you get are machines you could actually use.

On the visit, run the machine under load if you can, look for oil leaks and cracked castings, ask for service history, and check that serial plates have not been removed. Bring a friend who knows the machine type. Pay at handover, never send an advance to hold heavy equipment, and arrange transport yourself rather than through a courier the seller suggests.

Why an office inbox suits equipment hunting

Machinery decisions are rarely made on the spot. A mail can be forwarded to a partner, printed for the foreman, or left in a folder until the budget is clear. There is nothing to install, and the mails stay searchable, so you can find last monthโ€™s compressor ad by typing its brand.

On Pro the same list can go to three addresses, for example the owner, the workshop manager and the buyer.

Machines that sell before the weekend

When a contractor finishes a job or a small factory closes a line, its tools appear on Divar at fair prices, and other workshops answer the same day. Hearing about the ad in the morning mail lets you call before someone else books the pickup.

Hire companies and builders also sell off older units when they renew their fleet, usually several at once. A mail that lists three compressors from the same seller lets you compare them calmly and ask for a price on the lot, which is hard to do from a quick look on a phone.

If the first alert hides in spam

Your provider decides where mail from a new sender lands. Check spam or promotions after the first match, mark it as not spam and add the sender to contacts. Each mail has an unsubscribe link.

Plan limits for workshop searches

Free: one search every 30 minutes, one email address. Starter at $5.99: five searches every 10 minutes, one address. Pro at $14.99: twenty searches, the fastest checks, three addresses. Telegram is on every plan.

โ“Frequently asked questions

Does every new ad send its own email?

No. One check, one mail, however many new ads it found.

Can I follow generators and lathes separately?

Yes, as two searches. More than one search needs Starter or Pro.

Will ads from before I joined show up?

No. Mails start with ads posted after the first check.

Can a colleague get the same mail?

On Pro you can add up to three addresses. On Free and Starter, forward the mail.

Can I edit the search later?

Change the search on Divar, copy the new link and replace the old one in MXSender.
